Festival Days Parade...It was Cold

Today we shared the Festival Days Parade with Pepere and Auntie Gail. Unfortunately the weather was not very kind. But after a few sprinkles, the sun tried to come out and with some stocking caps and winter coats we toughed it out. We saw horses painted blue, large tractors, and Beau. This year Beau got to walk in the parade with the cub scouts. He handed out popcorn and candy. He had a lot of fun, probably more than us. Luke and Anna collected candy and Owen slept in Auntie Gail's arms. It was a good morning wish the weather was a little nicer though.

We Are VIkings

Pepere just got back from Iceland four days before flying here, he is a man of many travels. He brought back a Viking hat, I think he just wishes he had Goldilocks hair. So all the kids got to take a turn at being a Viking. Luke just thought the hat was hilarious.

Owen Meets Pepere

Owen's great grand-father flew all the way from Connecticut to meet him, and he brought along his God-Mother Auntie Gail, but we don't have any pictures of her yet, fire the camera man. We are having a great time just being together playing games, crying about losing, and just loving eachother as is evident in the pictures with Anna below.
