The House
A picture walk through of some of our house, showing off the parts we finished in the basement and how we rearranged the upstairs.

Open House
If anyone wants to say a prayer tomorrow afternoon it would be greatly appreciated. We are having an open house from 1-3 PM MST. I am almost ready. I told myself to work til 11:30 tonight but I only made it to 11:20. One more bathroom, a little bit of laundry to fold and put away, and mopping the floor and that's it. I should have plenty of time in the morning, hoping Owen cooperates, but with Anna home she will keep him occupied long enough for me to get those jobs done. I'm ready to sell this house and move onto the next phase of our life. We have a lot of memories here but it already doesn't feel like home now that there is only 2/3's of us here.

Where ya goin Owen?!?
Just a sample of Owen walking for all the family to see.
He thinks he's big stuff.
This morning at Bible study he walked around to all the other babies and hit them on the head.
He's a bully, but we're working on it. He had to sit in my lap a lot.
I need to work on my videography skills, but at least you get a little peak into my day.

Lively Luke
Luke loves to laugh.
He got a new duck, he named it Arthur.
He and Anna play with stuffed animals all the time and sleep in a pile of them.
Luke is done with preschool to help me focus more on getting ready for the move.
At first he wasn't happy about not getting to finish the alphabet at school
(they do a letter a week)
but now he loves staying home everyday.
The school gave me a speech referral his last week there, I've been waiting for it.
It is too late to do anything here, but we are working hard at home with his pronunciations.
I am really proud of how hard he is trying and that he is not getting frustrated
when I correct him over and over again throughout the day.
He is also doing a workbook at home and he is very good at writing all his letters and numbers.
He can decipher words and we are working on sight words.
He is ready for kindergarten and he is looking forward to going to school in Georgia.

One of Owen's Favorite Toys
I don't know why Owen enjoys these bottles so much, but he does.
He loves to carry them around, pick them up, put them down.
It entertains him for a long stretch of time.
For this reason alone I let him play with them when I really need to accomplish something.
He concentrates so hard when he is playing with them because it is heavy,
but maybe they help him balance I don't know.
Whatever the reason they sure make him happy.

Oops
I probably shouldn't have tried to move the swing alone on a windy day. I moved it off the porch onto the concrete slab just fine, well I only got pushed around a little by the wind. But five minutes later this is what the swing looked like, upside down in the yard. The porch is almost clear though. And isn't the sky beautiful.
