Visiting Grandpa Bernie

It's been almost 16 years since Ben and Kara lost their dad and Joyce lost her husband, but the love for him continues and grows as our children hear the stories. We are thankful to be closer to look after the grave site at the cemetery.

Owen got a birthday present from Bama and PopPop a little early, and he loves it. His siblings are also very willing to push him and play with him in it.

I've always said Owen is a two parent baby. He thrives when he has both dad and mom home. He is doing so much better now that there are more adults in the house while we visit the grandparents. He is still clingier than he used to be but he is playing with toys again and emptying toy boxes and creating mischief. He also cheeses for the camera and even says something resembling cheese.
